How your club switches to Clubbooking

Step by step

• Register your club. That's free, and you only need a payment method above 10 members.
• Add your boats and other equipment, with the rules that go with them.
• Create your roles and crews, and decide who may use which boat.
• Test with a small group, such as the equipment committee and one crew.
• Invite the rest of your members with a link, a code or by email. You can paste or upload up to 500 addresses at once as a CSV.
• Choose a switch date and move existing reservations from that date on.
• Only cancel your old system once everything has run well for a while.

• The date the new system takes effect.
• How to create an account and install the app on their phone.
• Who to ask if they have questions.
