Boat reservation that enforces your rules

Rules that apply by themselves

• No double bookings: nobody can reserve a boat that is already taken.
• Rights per boat: you decide who may use a boat and how many qualified rowers must be present.
• Daylight: per boat you set whether it may only go out in daylight, based on sunrise and sunset.
• Reservation time: per role you set the maximum time someone may reserve.
• Exceptions: roles with the right permission can skip the daylight rule, for example a coach.

For members

The calendar shows which boats are free, and you pick one you may use. Clubbooking works in the browser and can be installed as an app on your phone.

For the board and equipment committee

You set the rules once and they apply to every reservation after that. For each boat you see the trainings, hours and users per month, so you know how your fleet is used.
