# How your club switches to Clubbooking

A switch depends on clear agreements. This plan helps you move your club over without leaving members without a boat.

## Step by step

- Register your club. That's free, and you only need a payment method above 10 members.
- Add your boats and other equipment, with the rules that go with them.
- Create your roles and crews, and decide who may use which boat.
- Test with a small group, such as the equipment committee and one crew.
- Invite the rest of your members with a link, a code or by email. You can paste or upload up to 500 addresses at once as a CSV.
- Choose a switch date and move existing reservations from that date on.
- Only cancel your old system once everything has run well for a while.

## What to tell your members

- The date the new system takes effect.
- How to create an account and install the app on their phone.
- Who to ask if they have questions.
