# Clubbooking alongside FOYS

KNRB Club (FOYS) handles your membership administration with the federation. Clubbooking handles what happens at the club: reserving boats, planning training and enforcing the rules.

## Why add Clubbooking

- Made for the daily running of the club, not for administration towards the federation.
- Rules per boat for rights and daylight apply to every reservation.
- Coaches plan training with 189 ready-made templates.
- KNRB news and personal results appear on the dashboard.
- The first 10 members are free, then €0.15 per member per month, excluding VAT.

## KNRB Club simply stays

According to the [KNRB's 2026 membership administration handbook](https://storage.knrb.nl/2026/01/d76d067c-handboek-ledenadministratie-2026.pdf), all affiliated clubs have a basic licence for KNRB Club. You keep that and use Clubbooking alongside it. You invite members with a link, a code or by email. Clubbooking isn't a product of the KNRB or FOYS.
